Tredwell is working with the City of Cockburn to develop a Needs Assessment, Concept Design and Feasibility Study to inform the future upgrade of infrastructure and facilities at Tempest Park in Coolbellup.
The project involves undertaking a needs assessment, concept design and feasibility study to inform the future upgrade of infrastructure and facilities at Tempest Park in Coolbellup. The overall objectives of this project are:
- Identify the core and desirable needs of sporting and community groups and the wider community
- Deliver a facility that is fit for purpose to enable groups to provide their respective services to the community and achieve overall health and social wellbeing outcomes
- Prepare concept plans that are supported by the community and meet the functional requirements of the users and the City of Cockburn, in a financial and environmentally sustainable manner
- Identify the cost and feasibility of delivering infrastructure needs within the available proposed budget and provide recommendations on staging future options
- Inform the City’s integrated planning documentation
- Provide relevant documentation to support external funding applications
