All suppliers, products and services are assessed against several sustainability indicators prior to inclusion in the database.

Local Buy
Local Buy is owned by the Local Government Association of 
Queensland (LGAQ) and was established in 1997 to meet the needs of government, reducing risk, time and cost associated with the procurement process. Local Buy arrangements are compliant with the Local Government Regulation 2012 and Local Government Act 2009 and provide local government entities with the assurance that all suppliers are vetted and compliant based on comprehensive tender, evaluation and approval process.
