Cambrai Swimming Pool Feasibility & Futures Report

The aim of the project is to comprehensively consult with the community and produce a futures report regarding options for the refurbishment and potential redevelopment of the Cambrai Swimming Pool. The Cambrai Swimming Pool was originally opened in 1962 and is considered an important community hub for the area.
The key stages of the project are:
- Stage 1: Project start-up
- Stage 2: Literature Review, Consultation, Needs Assessment, Supply Analysis and Funding Options
- Stage 3: Concept Development
- Stage 4: Redevelopment Cost Estimates by a Quantity Surveyor
- Stage 5: Report
